Air Liquide Advanced Materials grows by enabling our customers to innovate. Our ALOHA and Voltaix products are critical to the manufacturer of the newest computer chips required for Big Data and the Internet of Things.

      How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

      This position is part of the Air Liquide Advanced Materials Business Unit, which focuses on highly specialized molecules supporting the electronics industry. In this growing business, you will significantly add value to a diverse portfolio of products and assist in new product commercialization from a quality perspective.

      The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $100,000 - $125,000. Please note that this is a general guideline; Air Liquide considers factors such as scope, responsibilities, candidate experience, education, key skills, market, and business considerations when extending an offer.

      Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

      • Leading analysis of process and laboratory data to identify and execute continuous improvement projects with data-driven results.
      • Developing and implementing advanced data analysis approaches.
      • Supporting the development and implementation of effective Process Control Systems like Measurement Capability Analysis, SPC monitoring, and Response Flow Check Lists.
      • Leading FMEA's and recommending solutions to eliminate quality problems related to processes.
      • Preparing and analyzing customer-related quality documentation and addressing concerns proactively.
      • Driving supplier development and leading collaborative Six Sigma projects.
      • Building consensus around control limits, specifications, and quality review meetings, utilizing statistical analysis to support decisions.
      • Implementing corrective and preventive actions to reduce quality issues and customer complaints.
      • Sharing best practices globally to ensure consistency.
      • Recognizing team members exhibiting exemplary behavior.
      • Promoting safety by identifying unsafe practices and ensuring adherence to safety standards.
      • Completing all required training successfully.
      • Communicating effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

      Are you a MATCH?

      Requirements:

      • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred)
      • 3+ years of experience in a quality-related field
      • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, lead collaboratively, and leverage team diversity
      • Expertise in statistical data analysis, QA fundamentals including FMEA, problem solving, and Six Sigma
      • Experience with processing 8D's
      • Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification preferred
      • Behavioral competencies: leadership, analytical thinking, communication, and team goal achievement
