Must Have: Fiddler,Postman, JMeter, LoadRunner, Cloud Watch, ELK, Grafana, Dyantrace, GitHub, Jira, and Confluence, using Postman CLI, Newman, or Katalon, CI/CD integration, FIS, Canary
Key Responsibilities:
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical background.• 3+ years of experience in:a. Quality testing and Quality engineering in banking applications using different protocols.b. Should have experience with Database Quality testing and tuning (AWR reports)c. Should have experience in understanding Java applications for Quality – JVM, Heap Dump and Thread dump analysis, garbage collections.• Deep understanding of Scrum practices and Agile frameworks• Experience in Environment capacity planning based on Quality test result analysis.• Proficient in fiddler, Postman, LoadRunner, JMeter, GitHub, locust, Jira, Confluence• Should have knowledge on cloud Quality engineering• APM tools – Cloud Watch, Grafana, Dyantrace etc and monitor using linux scripts wherever required.• Should be able to pin point the system bottleneck and suggest the solution.• Highly organized, thorough, and capable of managing complex test scenarios independently.• Should integrate Quality testing using CI/CD pipeline.• Should have good understanding in caching mechanisms and encryption logic.• Strong know ledge of testing techniques (Black Box, White Box), STLC, and defect lifecycle.• Expertise in API testing using Postman & Newman; ability to design and maintain test scripts.• Experience in automation scripting or execution using Postman CLI, Newman, or Katalon.• Skilled in documenting and reviewing test artifacts (Test Plans, Test Cases, RTM, Closure Reports).• Competence in test estimation, planning, and stakeholder coordination.• Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, ALM, and CI/CD integration.• Strong analytical and root cause analysis (RCA) capabilities.• Ability to lead test reviews, conduct knowledge-sharing, and mentor team members.• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
