- Assist in the analysis of quality performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Support the Quality Engineering team in the creation and revision of quality documentation, such as control plans, work instructions, and inspection procedures.
- Participate in internal audits and process walkthroughs to ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
- Help maintain the calibration and preventive maintenance schedules for inspection tools and equipment.
- Engage in continuous education and training on quality assurance methodologies and tools.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations summarizing quality metrics and project status for management review.
- Currently Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related Quality/Manufacturing field
- Security Clearance required upon hire : Ability to Obtain

- Basic understanding of quality assurance principles, statistical analysis, and continuous improvement techniques.
- Experience or school-based projects in electrical or electro-mechanical Manufacturing environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $22.00MIN - $40.50MAX. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
