      As a Quality Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our products/services meet the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain robust quality systems, drive continuous improvement, and champion a culture of quality throughout the organization.

      RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

      1. Work closely with dev teams to establish repeatable validation tests and active application monitoring that support a foundation for CI/CD processes and infrastructure.
      2. Ability to understand DMSi’s current and evolving architecture. Assist with implementing systems that are highly available, scalable, and resilient.
      3. Identify, evaluate, and recommend tools to advance quality capabilities.
      4. Assist with defining and developing test automation strategy and framework for testing multiple platforms such as web, mobile, and desktop by incorporating industry best practices.
      5. Develop the quality strategy for products. Ensure test coverage is in alignment with the strategy including, but not limited to, automated behavior-driven testing, functional testing, component testing, and performance/load testing.
      6. Apply best practices of quality assurance while staying abreast of market trends and technologies.
      7. Provide training and mentorship for quality team members to expand knowledge and foster growth.
      8. Support speed of product delivery by reducing time for feedback cycles, applying quality tactics to the smallest units of delivery possible, and mentoring team members on appropriate application of quality practices within their role
      9. Maintain an optimized, scalable testing pipeline that is efficient and balances benchmarks with time-to-deployment.
      10. Work to continuously improve the speed, efficiency, and scalability of our tests, systems, and environments.

      KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
      Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies, testing best/emerging practices, automation frameworks, tools, and processes.
      Ability to configure and manage tool suites.
      Strong technical experience with multiple platforms, such as web and mobile apps.
      Experience with JavaScript-based User Interfaces and REST APIs preferred.
      Knowledge of data strategies for quality and supporting tools (SQL).
      Experience with performance and load testing.
      Knowledge of SaaS concepts preferred. Knowledge of eCommerce desirable.
      Detail-oriented, organized, methodical in your approach with strong trouble-shooting skills.
      Able to prioritize tasks according to importance and severity.
      Clear, effective communication skills.

      WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
      Normal office environment with use of computers and telephone systems; no unusual physical demands.

      EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field or 4-7 years of quality engineering experience.
      Experience in deploying test engineering within CI/CD pipelines.
      Experience with tools such as: BlazeMeter, Postman, JMeter, JUnit, Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress.
      A strong understanding of SDLC processes.
