      YOUR ROLE

      • Improve processes and increase production output by ensuring the quality of raw materials and manufactured products meets or exceeds our customer expectations.
      • Leads the resolution of customer complaints.
      • Serves as customer facing quality representative in key/critical situations.
      • Support the Henkel Puerto Rico Management System to assure its effectiveness and compliance to the current standards

      YOUR SKILLS

      • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
      • 2 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment- preferred.
      • Knowledge of Problem-Solving Tools (A3 and 8D) is required.
      • Knowledge of ISO/ IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 systems and standards is required.
      • Bilingual (English and Spanish, written and oral). 6. Strong Microsoft Office skills and proficient with SAP.
      • Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Must possess strong communication skills and the ability led multifunctional team to address customer requirements, meet objectives, and complete projects to sustain or improve quality management and quality improvement objectives.
      • Must spend time on the manufacturing floor gaining knowledge as well as developing solutions with production input.
      • Able to work well in a fast paced, team environment.

      The salary for this role is $45,000 - $50,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
