      Stryker is hiring Quality Engineer in Sandy Springs, GA! In this role, you will provide quality engineering support with a focus on continuous improvement of internal products and processes.

      This role focuses on strengthening QA support to drive integration, remediation, and transfer efforts, with a long-term impact. You'll help mitigate risks and work closely with the team to ensure seamless operations!

      What you will do:

      • Support supplier quality issues impacting daily operations.

      • Support manufacturing transfers to/from other plants/facilities, executing appropriate quality activities.

      • Engage and interface in internal and external audits

      • Performs PPAP activities for supplier changes

      • Ensure compliance to regulation and standards.

      • Work closely with operations and the business functions to ensure quality performance of product and processes.

      • Collaborates with Divisional QA, cross functional and suppliers’ teams to address top quality issues.

      • Drive continuous improvement actions to reduce manufacturing defects.

      What you need:

      Required:

      • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science or related field.

      • 0+ years’ experience in a Quality Assurance role.

      Preferred

      • Have a good understanding of engineering and quality concepts / theories.

      • Working knowledge of ISO13485, 21 CFR Part 820 Quality Systems.

      • Master’s degree in Engineering, Science or related field.

      • Understanding of medical device concepts.

      • Knowledge of Risk Based and statistical concepts.
