What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and participate in investigations regarding supplier parts that impacting production areas
- Oversight into any supplier sorting activities
- Support all Internal and External Audits for ISO, Fresh Eyes
- Manage quality support requests
- Provide real-time Quality issue feedback to base departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree in Engineering or related field of study
- 3+ years manufacturing experience in production and Supplier Quality preferred
- Excellent Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to interact with all employees in the organization
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Six Sigma Black Belt
- Ability to speak Mandarin
