      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage interdepartmental projects to achieve quality targets, including forming teams and documenting resources
      - Identify root causes of quality issues and leverage Lean concepts to improve processes
      - Conduct statistical analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
      - Design and implement effective interventions, including pilot tests and simulations
      - Develop and maintain a sustainable monitoring process to ensure long-term success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with five (5) years of experience in leading project teams focused on quality improvement efforts, or a Master’s degree with three (3) years of relevant experience
      - Advanced project management skills and proficiency in quality improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
      - Strong data collection and analysis skills
      - Experience with NCQA and HEDIS measurements, along with Medicaid experience
      - Certification as a Lean practitioner and/or Six Sigma Black Belt required within eighteen (18) months of employment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Six Sigma Black Belt certification
      - Additional experience in financial management within healthcare settings
      - Familiarity with advanced Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
