      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor and facilitate the quality improvement process throughout the organization
      - Assist in the development and tracking of quality improvement plans
      - Conduct audits of program records and systems to ensure compliance with standards
      - Provide consultation to programs and management regarding quality issues and systems improvement
      - Track and monitor complaints and investigations, acting as a liaison to regulatory departments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Business Administration, or a related field
      - Three to five years of experience in human services preferred
      - Excellent writing and analytical skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and video conferencing tools
      - Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel throughout Massachusetts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Electronic Health Record keeping systems
      - Familiarity with CARF accreditation preparation and state licensing processes
