Assist with the development and coordination of all core health services data reports
Support the development of quality improvement performance audit function processes and tools
Assist in designing, running, managing, and data review process for assuring accuracy and integrity of health services data reports to meet regulatory and operational requirements
Report outcomes and quality monitoring results to management
Assist with managing databases, policies and procedures related to assigned areas
Assist with related activities for various committees and meetings for assigned areas
4+ years of experience outreaching to members and Providers via telephone or other method of correspondence to assure care needs are being met and all applicable data is received.
2+ years of experience engaging and partnering with health care providers and clinical staff to source and track EMR and medical charts to conduct chart abstraction and data analysis
Skilled to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Role requires strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
Proficient computer skills, knowledge, and experience working within large databases or provider information systems to conduct data analysis, cross reference raw data
Moderate proficiency in Excel skills (i.e. using Filters, V look-ups, Pivot Tables, Sorting data, etc.) is required
Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word) and the ability to use multiple avenues of digital communication (e.g. instant messaging, email, phone, video conferencing)
Comfortable using digital video conferencing platforms (Zoom, MS Teams) is required.
Skilled to communicate with all levels of management, internal and external customers
Role requires excellent customer service and emotional intelligence skills
Ability to collaborate with team members and work independently
Skilled in communicating with technical and business constituencies
Must be highly adaptable/flexible to changes and skilled at learning new processes
Ability to lead or coordinate projects within own department.

Position Purpose: Support the data management and quality improvement initiatives for assigned functional areas
Education/Experience: Associate's degree in related area or equivalent experience. 2+ years of data management, including reporting, project management or quality improvement experience.
