- Support operations with inbound and in-process inspections and problem-solving to prevent quality escapes.
- Ensure tools are calibrated per IAPMO standards.
- Check manufacturing work and record problems and resolutions in the Quality Management System.
- Execute inbound inspections from suppliers to ensure product compliance; collect process data and write summaries to validate or show deviations from standards.
- Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspection activities.
- Conduct internal manufacturing process and product audits as directed.
- Support quality management system audits.
- Report supplier nonconformances through the Global Supplier Quality reporting system and collaborate with the Global Supplier Quality team to resolve issues.
- Assist with the nonconforming material containment process within the business unit.
- Communicate with the quality department team and internal disciplines to resolve customer quality concerns.
- Participate in projects as assigned by Quality System or Engineering supervision.
- Support the quality department with the Corrective and Preventive Action Process.
- Perform nonconforming material analysis as directed.
- Collect process data and maintain quality records.
- Support continual improvement objectives as assigned.
- Continually learn and successfully execute processes to meet organizational objectives.

Work Environment
The position is based in a well-lit, climate-controlled warehouse. The work shift is from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
