Job Description: Quality Inspector

We are seeking a Quality Inspector responsible for first article and receiving inspections using a variety of precision measurement tools. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet our rigorous standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform first article and receiving inspections.
• Utilize precision measurement tools such as Keyance systems, Optical Comparators, Smart Scope, Micrometers, and Calipers.
• Operate and program CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines).
• Conduct GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) inspections.
• Work closely with Inspectors, Manufacturing, and the SQE (Supplier Quality Engineering) team.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality inspection.
• Proficiency in operating and programming CMMs.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T.
• Experience with precision measurement tools including Keyance systems, Optical Comparators, Smart Scope, Micrometers, and Calipers.
• Associate-level degree in a related field.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Calibration experience.
• Experience with quality control and quality assurance processes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
