      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct on-site monitoring reviews of services delivered by provider staff to ensure compliance with regulations
      - Coordinate and conduct various site monitoring reviews
      - Assist in implementing contract requirements for agencies and licensed independent practitioners
      - Enroll providers in the network according to qualifications and needs
      - Participate in complaint/targeted monitoring reviews and serve as a resource to other departments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in utilization review, auditing, monitoring, or quality management in MH/SU/I-DD
      - Ability to travel as needed for job duties
      - Basic National Certified Investigator & Inspector Training (NCIT) within 12 months of hire
      - Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree with Clinical licensure preferred
      - Current and unrestricted clinical license with the appropriate professional board of licensure in North Carolina
