What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and evaluate clinical information and documentation related to quality of care concerns
- Interpret data from clinical records or systems to apply clinical criteria and policies in line with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate clinical resolutions with internal/external clinician support as necessary
- Engage in local travel to provider locations as needed
- Collaborate with a nursing team to ensure high standards of care for diverse member populations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active and unrestricted Arizona RN license
- Must reside in Arizona
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
- Reliable transportation for local travel up to 10%
- Associate's degree in nursing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managed care or health plan settings
- Proficiency with electronic medical record systems and MS Office Suite applications
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
