- Developing and improving the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards.
- Document control: Overseeing the documentation process to ensure all quality-related documents are accurate, up-to-date, and properly managed.
- Conducting internal audits: Performing regular internal audits, creating audit reports, and implementing corrective and preventive actions while maintaining records of these activities.
- Process control: Monitoring the creation of required documents to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Non-conformance analysis: Identifying system non-conformities and proposing actionable improvements to the system.
- Follow-up on corrective actions: Tracking the implementation of corrective and preventive actions, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Training the internal audit team: Preparing and equipping internal staff to perform successful internal audits.
- Bachelor’s degree (VII degree) in a technical field (preferred in quality management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related disciplines).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems.
- Preferably experience as an external auditor.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.
