      Responsibilities

      • Manage and oversee a variety of complex quality assurance projects and programs to include but not limited to developing and implementing policies, procedures and action plans, patient safety.
      • Coordinate and maintain JCAHO and other accreditation/regulatory records and reports.
      • Adhere to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.

      Qualifications

      Job Requirements

      • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
      • Education may be substituted for relevant years of experience in accordance to policy
      • Four (4) years of related experience
      • Two (2) years of supervisory experience

      Preferred Job Requirements

      • Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license (within 90 days of hire)
