  Job Description:

  AUFGABENSTELLUNG

  • Definieren der FOD-Governance für den Standort Nordenham mit der Einbindung aller betroffenen Bereichen, sowie die Definition der FOD-Dokumentation/-Prozesse als FOD-Verantwortlicher (Richtlinie, Methode)

  • Führen/Überwachen der Umsetzung der FOD-Prinzipien im Werk

  • Unterstützen des Safety Management System

  • Beleben des FOD-Netzwerks in Zusammenarbeit mit den Vertretern der anderen Standorte, damit Repräsentieren des Standorts Nordenham in der FOD-Community der Airbus Group

  • Verwalten des KPI FOD und sicherstellen der Überwachung von Abweichungen

  • Reduktion des FOD-Risikos durch unsere Prozesse und unser Risikomanagementsystem, fördern kontinuierlicher Verbesserung

  • Dauerhafte Konsistenz der FOD-Trainingsmittel sicherstellen

  • FOD-Kommunikationsplan verwalten

  ANFORDERUNGEN

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium, Techniker/*In oder ähnliche Qualifikation sowie Berufserfahrung oder ähnliche Qualifikation

  • Ausgeprägte methodische und fachliche Kompetenz

  • Energiegeladene, dynamische Person, die nach kontinuierlicher Verbesserung strebt, sowie ausgezeichnetes Urteilsvermögen und professionelle Reife

  • Fähigkeit, positive Beziehungen aufzubauen und klare Kommunikation auf allen Ebenen zu gestalten

  • Sehr gute Sensibilität für Flugsicherheit

  • Zielstrebigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen

  • Gute DV-Kenntnisse (Google Suite, Skywise, MS-Office)

  • Englisch - fortgeschritten
