What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, manage, and analyze data for various projects
- Develop data collection instruments and applications
- Create custom reports and data visualizations
- Analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data
- Assist with interviews, focus groups, and research briefs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Tier 2 Public Trust Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Policy, Social Science, or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in data collection, research analysis, or evaluation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex technical information for various audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in data science, social work, psychology, justice, or related field
- Proficiency in statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, STATA, or R
- Experience with online surveys and qualitative analysis software
- Prior work experience in a consulting environment
- Strong interest in refugee, immigrant, and asylee challenges
