What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct complex on-site network pharmacy audits to identify and correct risks while protecting client assets
- Analyze evidentiary data to assess the accuracy and legitimacy of claims audited
- Develop and produce reports to communicate audit findings and updates to stakeholders
- Manage pharmacy expectations during audits and serve as the main contact throughout the process
- Mentor and train less experienced team members on departmental processes and resources
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 25%
- Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy technician experience in relevant settings
- Proficiency in database and spreadsheet applications, such as Microsoft Excel and Access
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
- Experience working with sensitive or confidential information
- Ability to work independently with minimal management oversight
- Flexibility to accommodate project deadlines and work a varied schedule
- Familiarity with federal and state laws related to pharmacy practices
