What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Demonstrate proficiency in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and manage document control processes
- Oversee adverse event management, including investigations and trending data analysis
- Track and manage third-party certification testing to ensure compliance
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for employees on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Perform internal audits to ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- In-depth knowledge of dietary supplements and food safety regulations
- Experience with warehouse and manufacturing operations
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
- Familiarity with Veeva QMS training and management
- Understanding of PCQI (Preventive Controls Qualified Individual) requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing change control processes and document control
- Background in product quality assurance within the dietary supplement industry
- Skills in data trend analysis and reporting for quality improvements
