What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate all information from a technical perspective to ensure appropriate analysis and investigation
- Assess complaints to determine the need for complaint investigation and reporting in accordance with regulatory standards
- Maintain a detailed complaints log to track issues effectively
- Perform and coordinate complaint investigations, gathering additional information as necessary
- Review daily processes to ensure timely addressing and escalation of issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on complaint processing
- Previous experience in the medical device industry with knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, European Union MDD/MDR
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with medical device complaint handling and regulatory reporting processes
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
