Job Description

- Supervise a team of quality technicians.
- Represent the QA team in the MDI (Managing Daily Improvement) meetings.
- Assure effective use and control of documented information.
- Perform internal safety and quality audits.
- Lead investigation and resolution for internal non-conformances, customer product quality complaints, and supplier quality concerns using disciplined problem-solving techniques.
- Facilitate and manage corrective and preventive actions to improve safety and product quality.
- Build an effective employee training program.
- Experience with supervision or leading small teams. Desire to grow leadership skills.
- Experience in blueprint reading, GD&T, and the use of precise measurement tools.
- Have a strong ‘customer first’ mindset.
- Have a strong work ethic and a commitment to honesty and ethical business practices when dealing with internal and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, or related field preferred.

We have an opportunity for a Quality Supervisor to join our Ashland, OH team. You will lead a team of Quality Technicians through resolution of problems and continuous improvement of product, and processes. The Quality Supervisor will aid in the development and implementation of quality control at the Foundry.
