  Title: Quality Supervisor

  Primary Location: Mexico (MX) - Coahuila IJD Saltillo

  Function: Factory Engineering (CA)

  Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze systemic problems regarding the quality of parts, problems in the assembly of the tractor and find out the root cause.
  • Create problem paretos, improvement graphs and trend indicators, as well as work as a team with other departments.
  • Prepare daily information for results meeting.

  What Skills You Need

  • Drawing interpretation, GD&T.
  • Core Tools, problem analysis under 8Ds methodologies, Ishikawa, 5 why? .
  • Investigate and resolve systemic assembly problems.

  What Makes You Stand Out

  • Microsoft Office, excel and power point.
  • Communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

  Education

  • Industrial engineering, mechanics etc…
