What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform root cause analysis of denials and adjustments
- Monitor and analyze performance measures and quality indicators
- Develop solutions to complex problems with multiple departments
- Serve as a role model for the organization's values and mission
- Make complex decisions independently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of healthcare work experience
- Strong revenue cycle experience and insurance/reimbursement knowledge
- Demonstrated experience in technical and soft skill training
- Experience in self-directed activities and multi-disciplinary work teams
- Experience as a team leader and team member
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of experience in a lead role
