  Collins Aerospace is looking for a Quality System Compliance Manager to work in a remote capacity with Mission Systems. The Quality System Compliance Manager ensures that the quality of RTX/COL/Mission Systems suppliers, products and processes are compliant with internal and regulatory standards and are continuously improving.

  Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manages and/or oversees the Quality Management System (QMS), processes, procedures, requirements, contracts, and metrics, to ensure the organization’s compliance.
  • Prepares and maintains Quality systems (documentation, processes, and training). Evaluates the compliance and effectiveness of the QMS of business sites, and programs.
  • Works with other functions to ensure systems are compliant, efficient and can deliver to customer requirements. Support audits including providing feedback on non-compliance and corrective action(s).
  • Determines if all products and processes are aligned with regulatory standards.

  Basic Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required

  Preferred Qualifications:

  • AS9100 Knowledge
  • Document Management System Experience (Laserfiche/Stages)
  • Root Cause Corrective Action Experience

  • Responsible for continuously reviewing quality strategy, practice, and procedure to ensure the customer requirements are met. Establishes customer relations and communications processes

  The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
