Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze SOP Discrepancies: Review and compare the quality SOPs from two companies to identify and document discrepancies.
• Develop Standard Work Instructions: Write clear and concise standard work instructions for production operators, ensuring they are easy to follow and include appropriate process pictures.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with quality assurance and production teams to gather necessary information and ensure accuracy in the work instructions.
• Document Findings: Maintain detailed records of discrepancies and the harmonization process.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all work instructions meet company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college program, preferably in a field related to Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with technical writing or creating instructional materials is a plus.
