- Conduct laboratory tests such as water activity, protein swabs, pH, and viscosity.
- Perform environmental swabbing to test for allergens, molds, and other environmental hazards.
- Ensure that sanitation, batch records, and product release records are properly filled out and filed.
- REQUIRED: 6 months of quality control/quality assurance experience within a GMP environment. Prefer Food Manufacturing experience

Job Description
The quality technician is responsible for testing ingredients to ensure they are in spec and safe to consume. The primary duties of the technician will include laboratory testing, swabbing, and quality documentation.

Work Environment
The work environment involves spending half of the shift in the lab testing products and the other half retrieving samples and performing line checks. This is a 3rd shift position with hours from Monday to Friday, 10 pm - 7 am. There is a shift differential. Saturdays are required as needed, with each technician assigned one Saturday per month.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
