      Become a Quantitative Analytics Associate on our Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Remediations & Corrections data analytics team that supports Auto Finance, Business Banking, Consumer Banking, Credit Card, and Wealth Management.       As a Quantitative Analytics Associate in Remediations and Corrections, you will play a key role in the identification, classification, and correction of customer impacts caused by business process or operational breaks within CCB. Within this function, the team focuses on correcting impacted customers via recalculating and/or crediting finance charges and fees, and processing account credits to fix customer accounts.

      Job responsibilities:

      • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the firm to understand the context of cases including the issue and how to use analytic techniques to carry out requirements (which requires translating high-level requirements into detailed steps)
      • Query databases and manipulate data to identify correction population, financials, and create execution files using account, customer, and transaction level data
      • Ensure analytics steps are accurate through attention to detail and supporting the independent validation team with understanding case requirements and code
      • Use SAS macros or another tool to automate analytics steps which are repetitive between cases
      • Continuously develop skills to provide best-in-class analytics in treatment of customer issues.

      Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

      • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Economics, Finance or related fields)
      • 1+ years of experience with SQL and at least one of the following analytical tools: SAS, Python, R.
      • Experience working with at least one line of business within Chase Consumer and Community Bank
      • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
      • Detailed and quality oriented

      Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

      • Master’s degree with plus years of code development working experience in SQL/SAS
      • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner collaboratively with business partners
      • Demonstrated advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a customer service focus

      This role does not offer visa sponsorship.

      This is a Hybrid position which will require the incumbent to commute/work on site 3 days a week and work from home 2 days a week.
