      As a Quant Analytics Associate on the O&S Data & Analytics Team, you will (a) deliver timely and actionable insights to a diverse group of stakeholders to drive customer engagement and business performance, (b) work closely with colleagues in Product, Design, Tech, and D&A groups to define objectives and key results that can be measured, and create appropriate deliverables to track them accordingly, as well as (c) nurture a culture of test & learn by proactively and purposefully driving the agenda for, and removing hurdles to, continuous experimentation.

      Job Responsibilities:

      • Synthesize data from a number of different sources to identify timely and actionable insights to enhance customer engagement.
      • Collaborate with Product & Design teams to test and implement changes aimed at enhancing user experience and increasing adoption.
      • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to test and implement changes aimed at enhancing user experience and increasing conversion rates.
      • Analyze web and mobile customer behavior to measure the performance and provide executive reporting to senior leadership on key trends.
      • Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve data collection, analysis and reporting.

      Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

      • Bachelor's degree in statistics, business analytics, finance, economics, mathematics or any engineering field involving significant quantitative research and data analysis.
      • 2+ years (with Bachelors) analytics experience within digital, product or marketing analytics
      • Proficiency writing code to query data (Snowflake SQL/Python)
      • Experience with digital analytics tools (Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics)
      • Ability to work in a fast paced environment & independently navigate loosely defined business problems
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data insights to non-technical audiences.

      Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

      • Masters Degree preferred, in statistics, business analytics, finance, economics, mathematics or any engineering field involving significant quantitative research and data analysis.
      • 1+ years (with Masters) analytics experience in digital, product or marketing analytics.
      • Experience with experimentation tools like Split, Optimizely, Adobe Target etc.
      • Experience designing analytics implementation design to improve data collection.

      ***Hybrid role, requires 3 days in office and no relocation support is offered for this role***
