      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the design and implementation of process evaluation methods to address identified risks
      - Perform complex data analysis for risk trends and discrepancies, directing the analytics efforts of the work group
      - Produce comprehensive reports that convey patterns, problems, and areas for improvement related to risk factors
      - Support business processes through escalated operational tasks and continuous improvement of procedures
      - Act as a resource to management and associates, producing documentation and presentations on risk policies and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in risk management, financial analysis, or statistical modeling, OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in risk management, financial analysis, or statistical modeling
      - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in traditional statistical methods and machine learning techniques
      - Experience at a Large Financial Institution (LFI) with knowledge of regulatory guidance and expectations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Data Science, or Financial Engineering
      - 5+ years of relevant experience in model development, validation, or implementation within the financial industry
      - Advanced programming skills in languages such as Python, R, SAS, or SQL
      - Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to stress testing and capital planning
      - Familiarity with various performance metrics and their use cases
