What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct research and analysis to support consulting projects for various clients
- Assist in statistical sampling projects related to Medicare and Medicaid billing
- Summarize and analyze claims data for reporting purposes
- Produce analytic reports on statistical issues associated with auditing programs
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree completed within the past 2 years in a quantitative field
- Experience in quantitative analysis and preparing presentations
- Proficiency in software for data analysis such as SAS, Python, R, or Tableau
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, biostatistics, computer science, data science, or related fields
- Experience with data analyses, hypothesis testing, regression modeling, and data visualization
- Familiarity with medical claims and/or medical auditing data
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
