      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Shape the research agenda and drive end-to-end research projects
      - Collaborate with teams to define questions and apply measurement strategies
      - Develop and implement research proposals, questionnaires, and analyses
      - Present research findings and actionable insights to diverse audiences
      - Engage with multiple project teams on design and interpretation of research results

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in public health, survey research, economics, statistics, or relevant field, or equivalent experience
      - 3-5+ years of experience in healthcare, public health, market research, or related field
      - 2+ years of experience in quantitative and survey research methodologies
      - Proficiency in data manipulation and statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Stata, SQL, Python)
      - Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Professional experience in caregiving, healthcare, labor unions, or social services
      - Fluency in languages such as Russian, Spanish, Korean, or Mandarin
      - Experience with workforce development and retention research
      - Familiarity with health care claims data or willingness to learn
      - Experience in qualitative research methods
