      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize health data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, and R for data cleaning, modeling, inference, and interpretation
      - Contribute to commercial retrospective clinical studies leveraging real-world data
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to translate clinical investigation questions into detailed data analytics requirements
      - Work on protocols, statistical analysis plans, implementation of analyses, and writing of publications
      - Manage multiple projects with high attention to detail

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s or doctorate in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience
      - 3+ years of experience with messy data and analytical methodologies
      - 1+ years working with life science/pharmaceutical organizations providing analytic services
      - Familiarity with health data analytics tools and coding systems
      - Strong communication skills and ability to deliver presentations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with ophthalmology, urology, and/or neurology clinical data
      - Familiarity with study design and statistical methodology
