- Take off quantities from either drawings or the model
- Assist in loading the quantity tracking items into the earned value system
- Help establish the proper level to track in the earned value system
- Help develop quantity tracking items that will be identifiable to construction
- Work with engineering to pull quantity data from engineering databases
- Verify reported progress through site walk downs.
