      Position Summary

      You are …

      Providing accurate quotes for service, assembly, and/or board fabrications required by our customers. Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve questions and issues that could cause delays for the customer or affect quoted pricing model.

      Knowledge, Skill Sets, Education, Experience

      What you’ll need:

      Required:

      • Advanced proficiency in MS-Office.
      • Excellent communications skills, both written and oral.
      • Strong organization skills.
      • Highly focused and attentive to detail.

      Desired:

      • 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.

      What you’ll do:

      Makes quotation decisions based on supplier availability, price, customer needs, and business policy.

      Identify action items in the quoting process in support of customer quotes to be met in a timely manner.

      Maintain productivity measurements including number of completed per day, cycle time, average mark-up, and buy/quote ratio.

      Quote builds needed for product using the customers approved BOM, files and quoting procedures.

      Responsible for researching, resolving, and communicating all quality concerns and/or delays to vendors, sales, and to any other departments as needed

      Compensation : $19.00-20.00/Hour DOE

      Schedule:

      Monday-Friday .

      8:00am-5:00pm
