What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accurately and efficiently resolve customer inquiries by processing product and calibration quotes and orders.
- Follow proper order entry procedures for quotes and orders.
- Demonstrate proficiency in satisfying customer needs and adhering to company guidelines.
- Increase technical proficiency and knowledge of products and services.
- Assist internal and external customers with calibration and product quotes and orders.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associates Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of related experience in customer service, data entry, or telephone sales.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to learn and apply pricing strategies.
- Effective communication, problem solving, and resourcefulness.
- APLUS and Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Emphasis on quality, accuracy, and productivity.
