What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Follow proper order entry procedures for quotes and orders
- Demonstrate proficiency in satisfying customer needs and adhering to company guidelines
- Increase job skills in technical proficiency and knowledge of products and services
- Assist customers by incorporating Standards of Sales & Service Excellence
- Analyze and identify opportunities for process enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
- 2+ years of related experience in customer service, data entry, or telephone sales
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard computer software programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- APLUS and Salesforce experience is a plus
- Previous experience in pricing strategies to win quotes
- Effective and positive communication skills
- Problem-solving and resourcefulness
