Job Description

- Play an active role in improvement activities.
- To contribute to the effective running of the team by adopting a flexible attitude to working practices
- To execute allocated work within agreed deadlines, in accordance with procedures.
- Gain an understanding of different fire test standards
- To represent the Company when required on national and international trade bodies and committees.
- Support the Fire Engineering and Estimation Team with fire test data and competitor data comparisons
- Create steel fire test packages in accordance with the required fire test standard specification.
- Support the global sales, technical support and PDM teams to meet the product assessment needs of their local regions.
- Is proactive in the approach to process improvement, offering new ideas and encouraging others to do the same
- Is prepared to undertake training in a positive manner both for self-development and for the provision of departmental cover
- Encourages and develops a team culture both within own team and across the company
- Achievement of effective communication both within own team and between teams
- Ensures a proactive approach to implementation of all H&S and security requirements.
