- Conduct on-site HVAC Engineering training classes for professional engineers, contractors, and distributors, fostering networking opportunities.
- Host visiting groups comprising professional engineers, contractors, and sales representatives.
- Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to maintain and execute product demonstrations and displays.
- Design and construct mechanical rigs to illustrate fundamental HVAC Mechanical concepts, such as fan laws, energy recovery, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and acoustics, in a customer-facing environment.
- Utilize software and instrumentation to develop interactive programs showcasing mechanical equipment performance.
- Ensure the functionality of the Price Technical Center, including operating instrumentation and equipment.
- Coordinate with engineering and sales teams to fulfill customer mock-up requests.
- Set up and dismantle mock-up tests for various HVAC products.
- Prepare formal test reports for internal and external stakeholders, including internal business units, sales representatives, and project engineers.
- Implement and uphold 5S principles for a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while identifying opportunities for safety improvement.
- A degree in Engineering, a College Diploma, or a Technology program.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient customer interaction, presentation, and hosting abilities.
- A strong passion for learning and knowledge sharing.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Tools.
- Familiarity with measurement instrumentation and a related technical background is advantageous.
- A hands-on approach and a passion for collaborative projects.
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with general hand tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team to meet time-sensitive deliverables.
- A process-driven mindset, self-motivation, and a proactive approach.
