Minimum Training and Experience Required to Perform Essential Job Functions

High School Diploma (or Equivalent) and Vocational or technical school training required, with a
minimum of one year of HVAC repair and maintenance experience, preferably within a local government
(or related); or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the
requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job. A universal EPA certification and Valid Tennessee
driver’s license required.
