      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Educate customers on retirement product solutions and ensure understanding of product options
      - Identify multi-product needs and connect customers with relevant specialists
      - Collaborate with relationship managers and fulfillment analysts to initiate product requests
      - Learn and stay informed about all products in assigned specialty area, including regulations
      - Handle routine inquiries and provide product recommendations based on customer needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent professional experience
      - FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65; or FINRA Series 7 and 66 required at time of hire
      - One year of experience in the financial services industry
      - Basic knowledge of financial products related to the assigned specialty area
      - Strong customer service and communication skills to effectively engage with clients

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CFP and/or CRPC designation
      - Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com) and digital financial advice platforms
      - Previous experience in a remote work environment
