- Develops and delivers race equity, diversity and inclusion consulting services including but not limited to delivering IDI introduction sessions, results and group debriefs
- Lead and facilitate creative and inclusive workshop experiences.
- Support departmental planning initiatives.
- Write client proposals and coordinate client meetings.
- Ensure high quality services are delivered to clients and participants.
- Develop and prepare educational materials as needed and partner with Race Equity Learning Manager and Public Policy Manager where appropriate.
- Serve as a Racial Justice Facilitator.
- Support the facilitation and planning of all RJPP events and advocacy initiatives.
- Contributes to ideation and writing for blog posts, newsletters and promotional materials.
- Assist in team strategic planning process.
- Serve on organizational committees as needed.
- Serve as YWCA Minneapolis Racial Justice Ambassador and representative externally and internally as needed.

The YWCA Minneapolis is looking for a Racial Equity Consultant to serve as a key member of the Racial Justice and Public Policy team. This is a hybrid position.
The Racial Equity Consultant will utilize their knowledge of anti-racist and social change frameworks, DEI and inclusion coaching and consulting to lead and facilitate workshops, delivering the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) assessment and individual debrief sessions in support of YWCA Minneapolis' overall mission to eliminate racism, empower women and girls, and promote peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all. This position will report to the VP of Racial Justice and Public Policy (RJPP).
