Job Details:

PAY $16.15 HOUR

I. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to:
Taking stacks of trayed products to the blast tunnel as well as retrieving stacks of wheels.

• . The Rack Pusher rolls stacks of trayed product to the yield scale at the Blast Tunnel and then proceeds to roll the stacks into the blast tunnel staging area.
• .They assist with pushing the stacks into the blast tunnel as necessary.
• Must be able to work in damp/cool conditions.
• Must be able to pull/push heavy loads. Must be able to perform other jobs as requested by management.
• Must ensure safety at all times and be responsible for keeping work area free of clutter and/or tripping hazard and organized at all times.
• The racker visually inspect packaged product for improper wrap, tears in packaging material, improper package seal.
• The Racker takes product off conveyor belt at waist level
• Once through, the machines that wraps and seals the product, the Racker takes the product and places in the racks which is stacked 8 to 15 high.

• Must ensure safety at all times and be responsible for keeping work area free of clutter and/or tripping hazard and organized at all times and team member must be able to lift, push and pull 500 plus pounds.

II. MUSCULAR/SKELETAL REQUIRMENTS OF THE JOB

• Good hand/eye coordination
• Must be able to work in very cold environment, with icy/slippery surfaces.
• Capable of working in excess of 8 hours per shift and up to 6 or 7 days per week when required.
• Bend and twisting waist high and reaching above shoulders

Pushing up to 330 -800 pounds of product during the duration of the shift

Rehire Criteria:

Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days.

Rehire Rule of no more than 3 times worked at Tyson Foods.
