- Experience with designing, modeling and testing electronic devices
- Ability to model multi-physics devices and systems using SPICE, Comsol or similar tools
- Radiation testing, modeling (e.g. MCNP/Geant) and hardening experience is desired but not required
- Experience or desire to lead R&D teams
- Strong written and oral communication skills with proposal writing experience a plus
- Interest in developing a broad array of novel multi-physics devices and systems

Responsibilities
The engineer will be a part of teams that design, model, and test complex multi-physics devices and systems. A key focus will be on radiation effects in semi-conductor electronics. The multi-disciplinary engineering teams will develop and verify the performance of such systems with a broad understanding of the relevant physics. In addition, the candidate should have an interest in a wide variety of other areas such as electro-optics, MEMS and RF systems.
Qualifications
BS or MS degree in electrical engineering, nuclear engineering, physics, materials science, or related field with 2+ years of experience. The desired candidate has many, but not necessarily all, of the skills listed below:
Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance which requires US citizenship.
