What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assign Technologists to the proper general area and facilities as noted on the schedule
- Message Technologist for “STAT”, ASAP, and PRIORITY orders
- Communicate and report problems to Supervisor and Field Supervisor
- Assist with inbound customer service calls
- Data Entry for new orders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong customer service skills
- Solid communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to execute and prioritize multiple tasks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Experience in a healthcare-related service role
