  Raging Waters Los Angeles is a subsidiary of Palace Entertainment, a leading leisure park operator in the United States overseeing more than 25 entertainment venues, hotels, and educational venues across 10 different states.

  
  Position: Raging Waters Los Angeles – Park Services

  The pay rate for this position is $17.50/hour.

  Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness standard is met in assigned areas and restrooms
  • Maintain clean and clear pathways within the park by sweeping, blowing and picking up debris
  • Changes park trash cans and hauls trash to dumpster area
  • Check toilet paper, soap dispensers, in restrooms and replace supplies
  • Executes cleaning tasks as outlined in training and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Provides guests with safe, clean and entertaining atmosphere
  • Assist guests as needed with questions and concerns
  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment at all times
  • Follow all proper Personnel Protective Equipment guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned to support the park
  
  Qualifications/Skills:
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision
  • Ability to address multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills, ability to interact effectively with a diverse array of guests and team members and desire to assist with and resolve questions, problems, issues and concerns
  • Flexible schedule availability, including holidays and weekends
  • Attention to detail
  • Will be exposed to cleaning supplies, chemicals, bodily fluids, waters, dirt and dust
  
  Physical Demands:
  Requires standing for long periods of time, ability to walk long distances within the park and exposure to variable outside temperatures, including high heat. Requires kneeling, bending, reaching above shoulder, pushing and pulling

  This role is a seasonal position - tentative start date May 2023
