Overview This Raw Material Coordinator position contributes to the success of PepsiCo by playing a role in meeting customer needs and achieve standards related to cost, line efficiencies, waste, safety, and productivity. Responsibilities Place orders for all raw materials within the production facility to meet production needs Track raw material quality issues and communicate with suppliers to Post counts and reconcile inventory on a weekly basis Close each period with accurate financials Work on raw material based waste avoidance projects Review compliance to traceability programs Close open purchase orders within 24 hours of delivery Maintain positive supplier relations Ensures compliance with all health & safety regulations Administer policies and procedures This role may operate manufacturing equipment occasionally This role requires you to work off-shift and weekend work Compensation and Benefit Details: The expected compensation range for this position is between $40,000 - $63,800 based on a full-time schedule. Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred. Preferably in engineering, business, operations management, or similar field. Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building skills A minimum of 2 years of manufacturing or operations experience preferred Lean Six Sigma Experience preferred, validated by your successful completion of a major improvement project.
