      Your Tasks

      • Ensure the medium-term supply of innovative state-of-the-art raw materials to R&D
      • Identify and select new raw materials / suppliers with focus on innovation and in line with our sustainability strategy
      • Comprehend technical needs of internal stakeholders, find best-fit solutions, and provide consultation
      • Initiate, manage and further develop strategic raw material cooperation to support the targeted networking of internal stakeholders with relevant external partners
      • Monitor relevant raw material / technology trends and provide guidance and inspiring ideas to a wide range of internal stakeholders
      • Network with internal stakeholders and external partners to proactively initiate and accelerate raw material scouting and innovation

      Your Profile

      • University degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or biochemistry with some years of professional experience preferably with a raw material supplier for the cosmetics industry or within the cosmetics industry
      • Experience in raw material scouting in cosmetics or adjacent industries is absolutely essential
      • Experience in complex project and stakeholder management
      • Knowledge in prototyping or product development is a plus
      • Very good networking skills to easily establish new professional internal and external contacts
      • Ability to translate technical requests into concrete technological briefings for external partners
      • Being open-minded and reaching goals with out-of-the-box thinking/creative solutions
      • High change agility by constantly looking for up-to-date ways to manage tasks in an efficient and future-oriented way
      • Excellent presentation and communication skills towards internal and external stakeholders
      • Fluent oral and written English skills are necessary, German skills are desirable
