      We are looking for a RayBan Strategic Planning Manager who would work in a dynamic environment. Working closely with all the functions in the Ray-Ban Brand Marketing team, you will support the Ray Ban President driving the strategy for the brand marketing as well the calendar framework and developments needed to ensure the bran health, brand equity and commercial capabilities to fulfil channel needs. The core focus will be to drive execution meeting key milestone dates, KPI collection and managing bottlenecks as well as effective communication of the calendar and priority management to ensure on time sell in and sell out.

      Your Role

      Challenges will include managing multiple projects running concurrently with potentially unscheduled projects required by top management or other stakeholders.

      Success factors within this role would be driving the long-term strategic thinking in order to enhance brand equity in support of the Brand and Product global head of the brand, in partnership with the brand President. As well as the materialization of all initiatives into a GTM calendar with clear and easy to understand narratives, allowing product team, all channels & all geographies to have the tools they need to be successful. Also, to manage the calendars and milestones, to keep each function accountable of each delivery.

      This role requires a passionate, agile, articulate, firm and quick-thinking candidate who is able to drive the team to meet deadlines while keeping motivation up.

      Main responsibilities:

      • As strategic marketing planner within the Ray-Ban team, you will play a vital role in the success of our brand
      • Leading strategic cross-functional workstreams
      • Ensuring global brand projects stay on track
      • Supporting the creation of the annual global brand guidelines partnering with the President of the Brand to the local roll out plan execution
      • Playing a key role in the development of our winning team through engagement plans, creation of offsite moments and day-to-day support
      • Driving cross-functional collaboration through process development and evolution
      • Owning monitoring of central brand budget
      • Assuring long-term alignment across the organization
