- Pay Rate: $22/hour
- Distribute RCA checks to clients in the office and mail RCA checks to clients when indicated.
- Sit at the front desk when clients pick up checks.
- Communicate with clients when checks are ready.
- Assist with data entry and integration within case management database systems.
- Administer and document Refugee Cash Assistance distribution.
- Support data entry for donor reports.
- Cover the front desk in the absence of the Office Manager.
- Attend regularly scheduled meetings and periodic training sessions.
- Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor.
- Strong Excel skills required.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and effective communicator.
- Ability to prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in additional languages strongly preferred, particularly Haitian Creole, French, or Spanish.
- Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in Human Services, Counseling, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience in data entry and administration.
- Experience working with immigrant populations preferred.
- Candidate must have dedication to the human rights of refugees, immigrants, and asylees.
- Frequent interruptions from employees and clients- must have ability to multi-task.
- Exposure to bright, overhead office lighting, use of office technology such as laptops, printers, mail machines, and other in-office equipment.
- Occasional lifting, pushing, and pulling materials (boxes, equipment) of 50 pounds or more.
- Continuous sitting (or standing) at a desk for long periods of time.
- Occasional driving to and from IINE offices as needed.

The RCA Administrator supports the Programs team in refugee resettlement and post-resettlement case management and employment programing by performing critical data entry and record keeping functions for the Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) program. The position will be responsible for data entry, data tracking, and file up-keeping. The objective of the program is to assist refugee and asylee clients in accessing RCA benefits.
This position is contingent upon funding with an anticipated end date of September 30, 2024.Position Title: RCA Administrator

Covid-19 Policy
IINE does not require applicants for most positions to show proof of Covid-19.
